spin & sculpt

Helps to lose fat, improve heart health and boost muscle endurance. Spinning training releases a steady stream of feel-good brain chemicals called endorphins. It is a great leg workout. The indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels.

The intensity of the rise is under participants control, allowing them to work at a pace that is right for their body. It is a very effective method to improve endurance, strength and power. The class usually lasts for 30 or 45 minutes and involves riding a stationary bike while listening to music and following instructions from the trainer.

METCON

Metabolic conditioning class is a high intensity training (HIT) that includes various exercises for strength and also cardiovascular workout including burpees, rowing, jumping, skipping, etc. Metcon training is designed to increase metabolic demand and energy usage. The class time is divided into three or four blocks, where participants are working to achieve a specific workout goal (AMRAP – As many rounds as possible, EMON – Every minute on the minute)

The goal of this class is to achieve and sustain a high effort over a short period of time, with as little rest as possible to make the body more energy efficient.

strength & conditioning

Classes consist of low, medium & high intensity full body workouts. The class is designed to increase physical strength through weight bearing and resistance training.

During a 60-minute class, all major muscle groups are worked. Conditioning combines cardio and resistance work. The goal is to increase the cardiovascular system’s performance, as well as develop coordination and balance. In a strength and conditioning class, members can expect to use a variety of different equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, wallballs, slamballs, cardio machines and many more.

RT24

RELENTLESS TRAINING THAT LASTS FOR 24 MINUTES

RT24 IS A, NO NONSENSE, SCIENCE BASED, RESULTS DRIVEN, AND MEASUREABLE TRAINING SYSTEM.

Work on a very simple training philosophy: to achieve your fitness goals you need to train as HARD as you can for as LONG as you can while maintaining GOOD FORM. Within RT24 a Bad Rep is a No Rep.

The classes are designed so that they meet specific training goals:

  • burn fat
  • increase muscle mass
  • improve movement patterns
  • strengthen cardio vascular fitness

This is achieved by creating a flexible class which combines two different styles of training. RT24 programmes use a resistance that is unique and specific to the users training age and capabilities whether this be Body Weight, light resistance or heavy resistance loads.  The volume of training in an RT24 class is high, and when you combine high volume resistance training along with the principles of HIIT training you can start to see how RT24 is built for achieving its results.

Each class is designed to be no longer than 24 minutes but within this time frame you will be expected to perform to your maximum effort. So don’t forget come try a class.

circuit training

This is a high intensity, high energy and fast paced workout, which involves moving around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as possible in a given time, with short rest time between. The whole idea of circuit training is to work different muscles all at the same time with a minimum amount of rest.

Circuit style class increases strength and aerobic fitness, and burns lots of calories. It is a full body workout for all fitness levels. Beginners use less weight and perform modified moves as comparted to the more advance exercisers, but everyone gets a good workout.
